Website Helpdesk Ticket form with Contract and Product
Maintenance Contract on Website Ticket Submit Form
Only for Odoo Community Edition
This app allows your helpdesk team to create sales quotes from helpdesk support ticket form view as shown in below screenshots.
Main Features:
- Allow your customer to select a contract and related products for that contract on website ticket submit form.
- Products will come from all the sales orders linked with that contract.
- On submission of a ticket from the website system will automatically set an analytic account and product on the helpdesk ticket in the backend.
- For customers who do not have a contract / maintenance contract then both fields will remain empty on the website ticket form but they still are able to submit tickets without contract and product.
