Overview

The ViettelPost integration module for Odoo is designed to help businesses seamlessly utilize ViettelPost's shipping services through Odoo’s ERP system.

Key Features

  • Multiple ViettelPost accounts: User can configure and utilize multiple ViettelPost accounts.
  • Shipment Creation/Cancel In Batch: User can create a single ViettelPost order for multiple stock pickings associated with the same customer. Also, cancel the order.
  • Suggesting Suitable ViettelPost Services by Route: Suggest delivery times, costs, and service types based on the route and weight of the shipment.
  • ViettelPost shipping labels printing: Allow print ViettelPost-compliant shipping labels directly from Odoo
  • Webhook Integration: Automatically fetch and update the status of orders and shipper information from ViettelPost

How to Use

Setup Viettel Post account

  1. Go to Inventory / Settings / Delivery Provider. Create a new delivery provider, fill account information, webhook key (contact ViettelPost to get webhook key), default service, and default product name.

  1. Continue click on button Get VIETTELPOST Token to check connection, if success, continue to click on button SYNC VIETTELPOST RESOURCE to get all data about services, warehouses (your warehouse setup on viettelpost account), post office, provinces, district, state... from ViettelPost. After that, you can check data on the menu Inventory / Settings / ViettelPost Resource.

  1. Go to Inventory / Configuration / Warehouse to map your Odoo warehouse with your warehouse setup on viettelpost account (just sync before).

Create Viettelpost Order

  1. Go to Inventory / Operations / Transfer (Stock picking). On list view, you can choose multiple stock pickings and click on button Booking Order Group to create a ViettelPost order for all selected stock pickings (must be same customer). OR click on button Booking Order Separate to create multiple ViettelPost orders for each stock picking (not required same customer).

  1. The popup will appear, you can choose service provider (setup on step 1), your warehouse, customer address,... Note that, product price will be calculated by sum of all value of Sale Order Line (payment term is COD, if not tick is COD on payment term, it will not be sum) linked to stock pickings, you can change it. After that, system will suggest suitable services by route and weight, you can choose one of them and click Confirm to place the order. customer address will be saved on `Customer / Viettelpost Address tab` and can be used for next orders. You can check the order by tracking number field.

  1. You can print waybill label, check delivery status, shipper information on stock picking, sales order.
