  • arrow Open Odoo ▶ Go to Apps ▶ Search Module ▶ Install.


How Hide Menu For Specific User works

  • arrow First let's see the Menu which is going to be hidden. Go to the Sales. In the Orders, You can see the "Sales Teams" menu. Let's hide it from some specific users in this example.


  • arrow To configure this module, Goto the Settings. Click on Users & Companies and choose "Group Hide Menu".


  • arrow To create a hiding menu list, Hit the button NEW. Give some specific name to this list. Click on Menu and then Add a line. Here, Choose a specific menu which can be hidden from the specific users. Checkmark that specific menu and hit the button SELECT.




  • arrow Now, Add users from whom this particular menu is going to be hidden. For that, Click on Add a line and Add users then save this configuration.




  • arrow Log out from the Admin account and Sign in with any of these users account which are added in the hide menu list and check that Sales Teams menu is hidden from specific users.

Configuration

Open Odoo ▶ Go to Odoo Apps ▶ Search for module ▶ Activate it.

Goto the Settings. Click on Users & Companies and choose "Group Hide Menu".

Usage

To create a hiding menu list, Hit the button NEW. Give some specific name to this list. Click on Menu and then Add a line. Here, Choose a specific menu which can be hidden from the specific users. Checkmark that specific menu and hit the button SELECT.

Now, Add users from whom this particular menu is going to be hidden. For that, Click on Add a line and Add users then save this configuration.

Log out from the Admin account and Sign in with any of these users account which are added in the hide menu list and check that Sales Teams menu is hidden from specific users.
