Yes. Built and tested on both Community and Enterprise editions. The dashboard uses bundled ApexCharts â no Enterprise-exclusive OWL components required for charts to render.
"We have multiple companies â does it isolate data?"
Yes. Every property, contract, and invoice is scoped to res.company. Record rules enforce strict isolation â each company's team only sees their own records.
"Can I import existing property and tenant data?"
Yes. All models support Odoo's standard CSV/XLS import. For large migrations, Hi Spark Solutions provides a data migration service to ensure a clean, validated import.
"Do I need a developer to set it up?"
No developer required for standard use. Install from the App Store, configure reminder days under Settings, and the module is ready. Full documentation and support are included.
"Can it be customised for our specific workflow?"
