Odoo Time Off Accrual Plan
Let Odoo Handle Holidays For You
In the HR Settings tab in the Employee Module, you should specify the employee's first date to join your company.
The module uses the field (Joining Date) to calculate the time off if he's a newcomer in that year.
The Accrual Plan Level
If you want to temporarily hold holidays for a new employee, say for 3 months, you specify Number of Months field equals 3.
After specifying the Number of Months field equals 3, and you want to give the employee his time off in the first 3 months plus his fourth month check Based on Previous field to True.
