Installation
- Copy this module into your Odoo custom addons directory.
- Restart your Odoo server.
- Enable Developer Mode from Settings > Activate the Developer Mode.
- Go to Apps, click Update Apps List, and install HR Applicant Rating System.
Usage
- Go to Recruitment > Applications in the Odoo backend.
- Open any applicant record.
- You'll see a Rating field with a 1 to 5 star selection.
- Choose the star rating that reflects your evaluation.
- Save the record — your feedback is now stored visually.
- Use the rating field for filtering, sorting, and decision-making.
