Expense Split Journall
Description
This module splits the journal entries into an expense report for expenses paid by the company.
Functionality
Go to Expenses - - > My Expenses - - > My Expenses.
Create multiple expense reports that are paid by the company.
Go to Expenses - - > My Expenses - - > My Reports.
Create an expense report (with or without taxes) for the expenses paid by the company.
The employee will submit the report to the manager by clicking on the “Submit to Manager” button, and hence the manager will approve the expense report by clicking on the “Approve” button.
Once the report is approved by the manager, the employee can post the journal entries by clicking on the “Post Journal Entries” button.
The posted journal entries for each of the expense reports can be viewed using the “Journal Entries” smart button, as shown below.
