Human Resource Helpdesk Support Ticket Management

This module allows all your employees (internal users) to raise tickets to the HR department for different kinds of HR-related requests/issues in your company.

Main Features:

  • Employees can create support request tickets in the menu "My Helpdesk" on the backend.
  • Website Menus *My Tickets* and *HR Helpdesk* for also available to open tickets directly from your website.
  • *HR Helpdesk* Menu in Website for Ticket Creation and Submit Ticket by Employee as shown.
  • So employees can raise tickets to the HR department either from the website by filling a form on the website or by creating a ticket directly from the backend using the *My Tickets* menu.
  • Tickets Display *My Helpdesk* Menu as shown in the below screenshots.
  • Allow your managers to view and manage all Tickets Related to the Employee.
  • Allow your manager to set up *Ticket Stages* Related to the HR Helpdesk.
  • Allow your manager to set up *Ticket Team* Related to the HR Helpdesk.
  • Allow your manager to set up *Ticket Types* Related to the HR Helpdesk.
  • Allow your manager to set up *Ticket Subjects* Related to the HR Helpdesk.
  • Allow HR Helpdesk Manager to view all tickets and process and action on support tickets. This app allows your Human Resource team to manage different tickets from your employees of different departments.
