HR Holidays Time-Off Draft
Manage your Time Off/Vacation drafts inside a private My Drafts section.
Create a new time off draft
Use the same approach as you used to create a new time off request
Use your familiar views
A new draft in the calendar view
A new draft in the list view
Share prepared draft to other members
To make the draft visible user can publish it using "Publish" button or "Publish" menu item in "Action" menu
After publishing the draft will disappear from the drafts area. User can find it in "My Time Off" section with "To approve" status
Approver can see a new Time Off request in the personal Approvals section
