I have downloaded HR Organizational Chart apps to my Odoo 16 Community Version. But when I click to view it the organisational structure is blank, I have also updated all the managers as well.

Error: One of the employee does not have a manager.

But the mentioned employee is our CEO.

The module worked at some time, but not now on Odoo 16, and we cannot find why. 

Plugin installed on Odoo SH without any customization, all Employees have a defined Manager, except for the top-level manager which has no Manager set. The "local" view (in the Employee page) works as expected, but the full chart does not display at all, and displays briefly an alert on "connection lost" (and the it says it reconnects). The network panel shows that a request on /get/parent/employee fails with a 404.

What are the requisites to be able to display the full chart?

And how could i debug this?

Just set a value for the Manager field of the employee, and then the super administrator does not set it.

not working because manager of first manager must be not null and if i set itself , it make infinity loop
