Select the Employee, Salary Structure, Payslip Name automatically comes for the selected Employee.

Employee Contract

Select the contract from the existing contracts of Employee or Create and edit. There comes a window to create contract, specify the Contract End Date, Salary Structure, Contract Type and HR Responsible.

Worked Days & Inputs

After save and close,Inside the page Worked Days & Inputs we get the Worked days details.

COMPUTE SHEET Button

After clicking COMPUTE SHEET Button we get details of salary computation inside page Salary Computation.

SEND MAIL Button

Option to Send mail on clicking SEND MAIL Button, we can send the details regarding payslip to corresponding employee by configuring mails in draft state.

CONFIRM/CANCEL PAYSLIP

After confirming the payslip it goes to posted state,or we can cancel it.

Payroll Email Notification

By configuring emails and enabling Payroll Email Notification, automatically send Email with payslip details on the confirmation on Payslip.

Payslip Report

Generate payslip report.

Mass Confirmation of Payslip

Option to Mass confirm Payslip for Employee Payslips to set the state from draft to done state
