This module provide feature to help you HR Management Performance appraisal for employees

- For configuration: Check Template example: Go to configuration menu --> Open the job category menu".

- Create a job category e.g SENIOR Management, Add the respective job roles, add sections and section lines if applicable.

- Click on the publish button; this send the configured template to all departments for review and publishing to employees

- On the department Side, review the template, add the section line and publication (Simply click the publish button)

- The above will create an appraisee record for each employee of the respective departments.

- At the end, the employee goes to the appraisee menu, selects the respective record.

- Submit the application after giving weights and self rating as employee for both sections
