Adds Responsible Employee , department and Serial number to assets. You can also track movement of assets. Onscreen report for asset is also available.

Configurations.
In Accounting Module -> Accounting -> Assets, Create an Asset and add employee who you want to assign the asset.
You can see that asset in employee menu.
You can search Assets with Employee name,Department or Serial number of asset. You can also group by Employee name and Department.
Now for assigning asset to another employee and keep track of the asset movement you can create Asset Movement.
Asset Movement Form view. In Draft state you can see "Approve" button. When approve button is clicked Employee who is assigned asset to will be automatically added in asset and previous employee will be replaced.
Here you can see that Employee is changed and Movement is created. You can also create movement from this "Movements" button.
Here you can see movement record is maintained.
You can search Movement by its unique serial number, Filter by Status of movements and by Previous or Today created asset movements, Group by Assets, Date and Status
You can print onscreen report of Assets.
