Go to Settings / Technical / Database Backup menu (last menu option).

You need to set up an OAuth credential for this project before you can submit it for verification in Google Cloud. It suggests that you need to set up OAuth credentials for your project before proceeding with certain actions, such as submitting your project for verification. This typically occurs when you are trying to use OAuth 2.0 credentials for authentication or authorization purposes within your project. To resolve this issue and set up OAuth credentials for your project in Google Cloud, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Google Cloud Console

    Visit Google Cloud Console

  2. Select Your Project

    Make sure you are working within the correct Google Cloud project. If you need to switch to a different project, use the project selector in the top navigation bar.

  3. Create OAuth Credentials

    To set up OAuth credentials, you need to create a new OAuth client ID. Follow these steps:

    - Click on the APIs & Services menu in the left sidebar.

    - Choose Credentials.

  4. Create a New OAuth Client ID

    - Click on the Create credentials button

    - Select OAuth client ID from the dropdown menu

  5. Configure OAuth Client ID

    Choose the application type. Select Web application

    Configure the authorized redirect URIs, consent screen information, and other required settings.

  6. Create the OAuth Client ID

    Click the Create button to generate the OAuth client ID.

  7. Download or Copy Credentials

    After creating the OAuth client ID, you will have the option to download the credentials as a JSON file or copy the client ID and client secret.

  8. Use OAuth Credentials

    You can now use these OAuth credentials within your application or project to enable OAuth-based authentication and authorization.

Create the backup folder in Google Drive

Go to your Google Drive account. Create new folder and copy the folder ID.

Set up database backup in Odoo

After completing the Google Cloud configuration, You will have the ability to configure the backup database in Odoo. The initial configuration does not include a refresh token. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to the next step by clicking on the SETUP TOKEN button.
