Employee Attendances Import Odoo Apps
When you are using the any attendance machine for recording attendance of your employee then that need to be synchronize with Odoo. All kind of attendance machine(RFID/ Fingure Print/Bio Matric) provide you attendance data in csv/excel , those data you can import easily using import Employee Attendances Odoo app which will record sign in/sign out entry automatically on Odoo ERP system. You can easily export those Attendances data of employee and import it from csv/xls file using Employee Attendances Import Odoo Apps.
Multi Language Translation Available
We have added Translation using google translate for English (US), Arabic, French / Français, Spanish / Español and Dutch / Nederlands, if you want to change translation terms or add new translation provide us translation, we will add that without any cost.

Given Below Is The Sample Data File, Please Use Given Format To Create Data File.
- EMPLOYEE NAME
- - Name of employee.
- SIGN IN
- - Sign in time for attendance.
- SIGN OUT
- - Sign out time for attendance.
Import Attendances Menu
Under Attendances user can see "Import Attendances" menu.
On clicking "Import Attendance" menu new wizard will open, Here user can select file, and file type to import employee attendances.
User can also download sample file to import attendance by enable "Download Sample Files" option and select "Sample Type" and click "DOWNLOAD SAMPLE FILE" button.
On clicking "IMPORT" button employee attendances are imported from selected file and user can see under attendances menu.
Warnings
If employee not found then raise warning.
If sign in/sign out time not added then raise warning.
Installation Guide
Before installing this module you have to install following packages in your system.
1.sudo pip install xlrd
2.sudo pip install xlwt
OR
1.sudo apt-get install python-xlrd
2.sudo apt-get install python-xlwt
