Indiamart Integration Odoo 16.00
A Module for integrating Indiamart Leads with Odoo CRM Leads Module.
Overview:
i)This Odoo module enables seamless integration with IndiaMart and simplifies lead management. It automates the process of fetching leads from IndiaMart and importing them into Odoo CRM, including all essential fields such as contact name, email, mobile and phone numbers, address, city, state*, country, subject, and description. Moreover, it effectively prevents duplication of records for a well-organized database.
- Generate Key from Indiamart Portal
- Input the API Key in the settings
- Use custom import function to import the historical data.
ii)To fetch leads from IndiaMart, you first need to input the API key you received from them into the API Key field. Once you have done so, the function will automatically fetch leads from IndiaMart for the date on which you entered the correct API key. If you need to fetch old leads, you can use the custom import data function. This function allows you to fetch leads with a date limitation. After you have saved the custom date, the next auto-run function will automatically fetch leads from the specified date. By default, once this function is excuted the custom import data function will become unchecked for the next auto run.
iii)By default, leads will be imported from IndiaMart every 10 minutes using schedule action. However, you can change the timing according to your needs with a minimum of 7 minutes, as the Indiamart restriction should be met. To change the timing, you can navigate to this option by going to Settings -> Technical -> Automation -> Scheduled Action -> IndiaMart. From there, you can modify the schedule to suit your requirements.
