Download Multiple Attachments
This module will allow users to Download Multiple Attachments. Select Attachments and click on an Action button on top, It has a sub-button called Download.
Added a separate menu with a name Attachment, You can Search for the document and apply filters according to your need. Create a Zip file of the selected records and download it.

Here, we can see the main Menu for the Attachments. You need to Go to Settings -> Attachments
Once you click on the Attachments menu then system will display the Kanban view you need to swithc to List view.
You need to filter or search for the specific records which you want to download.
As per the below screenshot, you can see that I have applied a filter for .pdf files only and then I have selected all the files displayed on the screen.
After selecting the attachment records, you need to click on the Action button so it will display the sub-button in the dropdown with the name Download. Click on the Download button to generate the ZIP file with selected attachment records.
In below the screenshot, you can see the ZIP file which is generated with all the attachments as file.
