Yes. You can configure any IMAP/SMTP-compatible email provider (like Gmail, Outlook, Custom Server, etc.) using Odoo’s standard mail server settings.
Go to Settings → Technical → Incoming/Outgoing Mail Servers.
The inbox syncs every 1 minute. This is handled via the scheduled action “Mail: Fetchmail Service”, which we’ve optimized for quick syncing.
Navigate to Settings → Users & Companies → Users, select the user, and check the box labeled “Mail Box User”.
Yes. The module supports a drafts folder where you can save unfinished emails and return to them later.
Absolutely. The module provides a robust search feature allowing you to filter emails by subject, sender/recipient address, or even email body content.
Yes. Emails moved to Trash are not permanently deleted unless you explicitly remove them from there. You can restore them anytime.

pls advise how many email users can we configure in this mailbox, like I want to create individual email box for my odoo users so they can manage emails in odoo.
