Access Rights per User:

You have the possibilty to set which user can change the export settings for Atalanda.

There are three possible permission types, that you can set:

No Access (When the 'Blank' option is chosen): Users do not have visibility into any functionalities within the Atalanda module.

User: Users can view Atalanda fields within the Sales module but are restricted from modifying any feed configurations in Settings module.

Administrator: Administrators have full access to all Atalanda module fields and settings. They can also manage servers and modify export configurations as needed.

Product Overview:

Products

We have introduced additional fields to capture essential information required by Atalanda.

You have an option on the product overview to Export to Atalanda. All this products with this option activated, will be exported to Atalanda.

You can select which Delivery Method can be used for the product.

Within this section, you can designate the specific Category to which this product should be associated.

Here you can enter a value for the description into the Description of the website field, which will be displayed on Atalanda.

Here you can enter a value for the description into the Sales Description field, which will be displayed on Atalanda.

Clothing

With this module it is also possible to export information about Clothes.

Here you need to enter the Gender and the Age Group of the piece of clothing.

To export sizes, color or other values, please use the Attributes & Variants tab in Odoo.

When going to the Export Settings, you can configure your feed, that will be exported to a FTP or a SFTP server.

Settings that are possible:

Feed Name, File Name, Pricelist, Auto Generated and Feed Manager (Users responsible for Feed) can be configured.

When clicking on CSV it is also possible to switch to the XML version of the products to be generated for Atalanda.

When clicking on the selection field Product Description, it is possible to switch between Description for the website and Sales Description to be exported to Atalanda.

You can also configure to which Server and which file path, this file should be uploaded.

When the option Auto generate is active, it is possible to configure an upload schedule for the file.

In the tab called Log History you can see the logs when the file gets generated.

Please check that Sales Description or Description for the website is filled out in the Product Overview, before generating the feed for Atalanda.

This is important, because Atalanda requires a description for all the products.
