Disable "No Backorder"
This module eliminates the issue of closing purchase orders or transfers without receiving all products demanded by disabling the
"No Backorder" button for selected companies which appears when an incomplete internal transfer or GRN is validated. This is
done by:
1. Creating a new field "Disable No Backorder" on company screen.
2. Disabling "No Backorder" button from incomplete transfers.
3. Disabling "No Backorder" button from incomplete purchase orders.

A new field named "Disable No Backorder" has been created on company screen which decides whether to disable "No Backorder" button for that company or not.
