Notify employees for document expiration
The app's core feature is its ability to track document expiration dates and send notifications/emails to employees when their documents are about to expire. This feature ensures that employees and employers are always aware of upcoming deadlines, reducing the risk of non-compliance and penalties.
Hr Manager Can add Document(s) from smart buttons.
Hr Manager can see/modify/create employee's document(s) from this menu.
Employee will notify by an email that document is going to expire soon. Also, The HR manager can dynamically set the number of days in advance that an employee should be notified by email.
Employee will receive an email.
Once a document's expiry date has passed, the system will automatically expire the document record and send an email notification to the employee.
