Overview
Enhance the Helpdesk application in Odoo by automatically transitioning the stage of a ticket when a user raises queries related to that ticket.

Features
When a user submits a query regarding a Helpdesk ticket, the module triggers an automated action to change the ticket's stage.
The transition takes place if the ticket is not in the "New" stage, and the user submitting the query is the same user who raised the ticket.
The module is highly customizable, and you can adapt it to different Helpdesk processes and stage transitions as needed.
