The POS Kitchen Screen module offers a specialized interface designed for cooks to enhance order management efficiency in restaurant settings. This dedicated screen provides real-time visibility into all current orders, allowing cooks to monitor and manage order statuses seamlessly. By centralizing order information, the Kitchen Screen Module optimizes kitchen operations, ensuring a smooth and organized workflow for culinary staff. This module introduces a visually engaging & responsive screen for the culinary staff to work with.

- Navigate to a User -> Access Rights and Enable 'Kitchen Cook' Access Right for this user.
Kitchen Cook Access Rights
- Now open Access Rights for a different user and Enable 'Administrator' Access Right for this user.
POS Manager Access Rights
- Open a POS session from the POS Manager user.
- ➥ The POS Manager can send orders to Kitchen Screen and also Access the Kitchen Screen as shown below.
- ➥ Click on any table, add products to cart, set an order type and press 'Send To Kitchen' button.
- ➥ This will send the order to the kitchen screen, for the cook / kitchen staff to manage.
- The user who has the 'kitchen cook' access right will open the same POS session and the Kitchen screen will automatically open.
- ➥ If the POS manager sends any order to the Kitchen Screen, a notification pop-up will be displayed on the Kitchen Screen as shown below, and the order will be added in real time.
- ➥ Below is a full view of what the Kitchen Screen will look like with multiple orders stacked up.
- ➥ The Cook / Kitchen staff can change the state of each item, or the entire order using below buttons.
- ➥ These state changes will be reflected in the back-end as well, shown in the below section.
- In Point of Sale, go to Configuration and press on 'Kitchen Screen'
- ➥ Here, you can view all the POS Kitchen Screen Orders from the Back-end.
- ➥ Press on any order to get a detailed view of each product state, and the entire order state.
- ➥ The POS Manager that we configured in the first step can view the Kitchen Screen, as well as send orders to the Kitchen Screen.
