- Odoo Mail Tracking is a feature that allows users to monitor the status of sent emails directly inside Odoo. With this module, you can track whether an email was delivered, opened (read), or failed.
How does Odoo Email Tracking work?
- The module enhances Odoo chatter by adding visual indicators to outgoing emails: ✔️ Double tick → Email delivered 🔵 Blue double tick → Email opened (read) ❌ Cross (X) → Email failed or bounced It also records the exact time when the email was opened.
Can I track read emails in Odoo?
- Yes. This module allows you to track read email in Odoo. Once the recipient opens the email, a blue double tick appears in the chatter along with the open timestamp.
Can I track delivered emails in Odoo?
