KS Access Studio – Access Management
Fine-grained per-user access control for Odoo 16 – without touching security groups.
What is KS Access Studio?
KS Access Studio allows Odoo administrators to create Access Profiles and assign them to individual users. Each profile can combine multiple restriction rules: hide menus, restrict model permissions, hide fields, hide buttons and tabs, apply domain filters, hide filters & groupings, control chatter visibility, and hide import/export functions – all without custom development.
Hide Menu Items
Hide any menu entry for specific users. The menu item simply disappears from their navigation – no error message, no workaround possible.
Model Access Rules
Restrict read, write, and delete permissions on any Odoo model per user.
Rules are enforced at the ORM level via automatically generated ir.rule entries.
