Overview
The module helps to generate KSA VAT Return report in details, on Purchase. It is require to set tax configurations to generate the Vendor Bills and Refund Bills. According to the configured taxes the VAT Return form will be automatically updated. The module will helps to generate the report which has the Bill Date, Bill No., Vendor Name, Vendor VAT Number, Taxable Amount, VAT Amount, Total. The details will be available according to the Tax groups such as, Standard Domestic Purchase, Export Purchase, Exempted Purchase, Zero Rated Domestic Purchase.

1.1 Standard Rated Purchase Assigning the Tax Grid as Standard Rated Domestic Purchase+ , Standard Rated Domestic Purchase VAT + for distribution of invoices and assign the tax grid Standard Rated Domestic Purchase (-) Standard Rated Domestic Purchase VAT - for distribution of credit notes

Zero-rated domestic Purchase
Choose the tax grid Zero Rated Purchase + for distribution of invoices and Zero Rated Purchase (-) for distribution of credit notes.

Import Domestic Purchase

Create Vendor Bill
Here is an example of the standard Domestic Purchase Bill. We can use the taxes configured in the above-mentioned way in the normal Vendor Bill, then it will be updated to the particular report

Similarly, here is an example of the Refund. According to the tax we use in the Vendor Bill the report will be generated

You will be able to generate the VAT Report by navigating to Accounting - > Reporting -> VAT Report

Generate the VAT Return Form (Consolidated)
Please find the below KSA VAT Return form with all data. According to the above tax configurations and the assigned taxes while generating Vendor Bill and Refund the values will be automatically updated in the form.

You will be able to generate the VAT Report by navigating to Accounting - > Reporting - > Detailed VAT on Purchase Report

You will be able to filter the report with particular date and specific company

Detailed VAT on Purchase Report View
Please find the below Detailed KSA VAT Return Report with all data. According to the above tax configurations and the assigned taxes while generating Vendor Bills and Refunds the values will be printed in the detailed VAT Return Report. This includes the Bill Date, Bill No., Vendor Name, VAT No., Taxable Amount, Tax Amount, Total. If it is a Refunds then the amount will be displayed in negative figures.
