Email Validation for HR

This module extends the base email validation functionality to validate work email addresses for employees in Odoo. It ensures that your HR database contains valid email addresses, improving internal communication and reducing delivery issues.

Key features include:

• Automatic validation of employee work email addresses
• Visual indicators for email validation status directly on the work email field
• Automatic validation of existing emails upon module installation

Usage

Email Validation Status

The work email field in employee forms will be color-coded based on validation status:

• Green: Valid email address
• Yellow: Email pending validation
• Red: Invalid email address
