Records (External View)
This feature allows users to view records from an external perspective. They can access basic information about the records, such as the title, description, and involved participants. Additionally, they will be able to search and filter records based on various criteria.
Records (Internal View)
The internal view of records provides a more detailed insight into each record. Here, users can access all related information, including attached documents, activity history, and key dates. They can also make modifications and updates within the record.
Phases (within Records)
Phases represent specific stages in the lifecycle of a record. With this functionality, users can create and manage different phases for each record. Each phase can have its own tasks, deadlines, and assigned responsible parties, enabling structured tracking of the record's progress.
Actions (within Records)
Actions represent the actions or tasks performed within a record at a specific moment. Users can record and track all actions related to the record. This may include meetings, phone calls, emails, and other relevant events.
Financial (within Records)
This functionality allows tracking the financial aspects of each record. Users can record associated expenses, monitor the allocated budget, generate financial reports, and analyze real-time costs related to the record.
Powers of Attorney
Powers of Attorney represent the legal authority granted to a person to act on behalf of another. With this functionality, users can manage and store information about powers of attorney related to the records. This includes details of grantors, attorneys, and validity dates.
Modify Contact
This feature allows users to make precise modifications to the contacts associated with the records.
