After integrating the module, users can effortlessly utilize it.
In the Odoo Invoice application, users select the invoice to be exported and click on the details
After verifying the information, click 'Issue E-invoice' to update the BKAV eHoadon application from the system
In the BKAV eHoadon interface, a list of invoices that can be exported as electronic invoices will be displayed.
Users can utilize filters on the toolbar to search for the desired invoices.
After being transferred to the BKAV eHoadon system, invoices will have the status of 'MT' (newly created)
After being uploaded to the BKAV eHoadon system, products with the same name will be grouped into a single line, and their quantities will be combined
After double-checking the information on the invoice, click 'Sign and Issue Invoice'.
A confirmation dialog will appear to verify the invoice issuance once again
After creating an invoice in BKAV eHoadon, the Odoo system will generate a lookup link in the 'Log note' section for users to track
After the invoice is approved, users copy the invoice number and enter the information into the 'E-invoice Reference' to record that the invoice has been exported by the system

Is this module compatible with Odoo Community edition?
Yes, the module can fully function with all its features on both Odoo Enterprise and Odoo Community edition.
How can I install the module I bought
You need to copy paste the module that is inside the zip file to your addons folder. If you are installing the module into an existing database, you need to enable the Technical Features to click on Settings > Update Modules List. Your new module will now appear in the list of modules that you can install.

Does the module ensure the security of customer information?
All data is processed and handled entirely on your Odoo server. It will not be sent to us or any third party, ensuring that only you have access to the information.

Currently, the module only works on Odoo v16. If you need to install this module on older versions, we recommend you to contact the Leonix support team at hi@leonix.vn for specific assistance.
