Expense reporting with Visible Receipts
The practice of printing expense reports as PDFs led to issues, as the respective receipts are legally required as proof of expenditures in countries like Germany and Austria and were not visible. To comply with local regulations, it is necessary to print the receipts directly on the expense report.
Solution
When printing the expense report now under My Reports - Action - Complete Expenses Report - the corresponding receipts that relate to each expense item are visible. It is important to note that in some countries, the expense report and the corresponding receipts must be kept on file.
