Optimise your corporate communication with the new, company-wide email signature from manaTec.
Until now, Odoo users could manage their own email signature - with the new app from manaTec, your company can take the next step in terms of professionalism and standardisation!
From now on, you can define a centralised, company-wide email signature that is attached to every email in addition to the user signature. This preserves the personal touch of your employees while giving your company a uniform and professional appearance.
This is how the setup works:
- Navigate to Settings in your Odoo system.
- Go to Users and Companies and select the relevant company (UN). aus.
- Under the General Information tab, you will find the Company Signature field - here you can customise and edit the company-wide signature.
- The user can continue to edit their own email signature in their profile as usual.
- The final signature is then created by combining the company-wide signature defined by the manager and the individual user signature.

- Company-wide email signature: Set a global signature for all employees, which is automatically attached to every email in addition to the user's personal signature. Your brand remains visible and consistent.
- Centralised control by the manager: The signature can be set by a manager for the entire company - without replacing the individual signature of each employee. This allows you to maintain a personal touch while optimising your corporate presence.
