  • Go to Settings > Users & Companies > Companies > Company > Microsoft Team.

    Creating a meeting link in Odoo Calendar

  • Check the box Add Team Meeting to create a new tab Team Meeting which will contain the Meet ID and Meet URL.
  • Participants can be added by typing or selecting from the drop down.
  • Clicking on the Email or SMS button to share the meet link with the participants.
