This app allows you to manage the mineral engineering process integrated with manufacturing as shown in the below screenshots. It also allows you to have the feature of process costing of the manufacturing process and material requisition by employees.
Main Features
- Allow the manufacturing user or administrator to create and manage mineral engineering process requests as shown.
- Allow the manufacturing user or manufacturing administrator to create manufacturing orders directly from the mineral engineering process form as shown. Please note that first you prepare the mineral engineering process form and then you can create a manufacturing order directly from the mineral engineering process form as shown.
- Allow the manufacturing administrator to configure the mineral engineering process category. For e.g. Coal, Sand and Gravel, Metals, Water Treatment, and Recycling, etc. So using this app you can manage different categories of mineral engineering processes which are integrated with Odoo's standard manufacturing orders.
- Allow the manufacturing administrator to configure the mineral engineering process stages which will be shown then after on the mineral engineering process form.
- Allow the team to print a PDF report of the mineral engineering process as shown.
- This app allows you to create and manage the mineral engineering process request and from the request of the mineral engineering process form, you can create a manufacturing order.
- On the mineral engineering process form, finished MEP product you have to choose the finished final product which is having BOM so the system can create a manufacturing order using that BOM.
- Please note that below screenshots you will see work orders and operations, so note that they are from Odoo's standard feature.
- This app is also integrated with process costing manufacturing where you can view process costing on the manufacturing order form with material, labor, and overhead tabs on the manufacturing order form.
- This app is also integrated with a material requisition app so your user/employee can create a material requisition for the material they need in the mineral engineering process and during the manufacturing process.
