Recurring Sale Order
Automate your recurring sales process with flexibility and control
This module allows you to automatically generate Sale Orders based on a defined recurring schedule. Perfect for apartment rentals, service subscriptions, maintenance contracts, and any repetitive sales process.
Reduce manual work, avoid missed invoices, and ensure consistent revenue generation with automated recurring orders.

Setup
Users must have access to Quotation Templates.
The Quotation Templates menu is available in Sales > Configuration.
Recurring Sale Orders
Recurring Sale Orders are available in Sales > Orders.
Recurring orders will not be generated after the Expiration Date. If no Expiration Date is defined, the recurring process will continue indefinitely.
Sale Orders are automatically created through scheduled actions, but users can also manually generate them when required.

The system uses scheduled actions to:
- Automatically generate Sale Orders
- Automatically archive expired recurring orders
Generated Sale Orders
Automatically generated Sale Orders behave like standard Odoo Sale Orders and can follow the normal sales workflow (confirmation, delivery, invoicing).
