Multi Company Account Amount Transfer

Summary

This module helps to make multiple journal entries from one screen and for multiple companies. It allows you to transfer amounts from one company to another and distribute the amount to your other company accounts.

Usage

  • Grant permissions to each user that wants to access this feature.

  • From Accounting -> Accounting -> Multi Company Account Amount Transfer

  • Activate desired companies that to you want to perform transfer for.

  • Enter the journal entry main details.

  • Start entering all the transfer lines with important fields:
    1. Label: Enter the label for each line of the journal entry if available.
    2. Company: Select the company to filter and get its own journals and accounts.
    3. Journal: Select the journal of the journal entry of one company.
    4. Account: Select the account for one of the journal items for a journal entry.
    5. Debit/Credit: Enter debit or credit for one of the journal items for a journal entry.

  • Make sure to enter a complete journal entry for one of the companies.

  • Enter the other complete entry for the other companies and post the record to generate all the journal entries.

  • Generate Journal entries for each company individually.

  • Print the transfer report for your archive.
