3cx V20
Does it work with version 20 of 3CX?
Re: 3cx V20
Hi, AFAIK yes it's working with v20. Some people are already using it with 3cx 20. Anyway if anything would happen on your side, we stay available for any fix you'd need :)
Hi is there any recurring cost to this?
Re:
Hi,
Normally there is no maintenance fee on apps.store modules.
As far as I know, apart if you ask Odoo or a partner that does maintenance fee to take care of the module and update it, there is no reason to pay for maintenance.
A good example would be : look at some module that are 10/20k lines of code, it would be so expensive to pay maintenance on those.
Only thing is to buy the module again when you upgrade your Odoo version, if the version of the module you have is not compatible. (now, Odoo keeps versions more and more compatible, so most modules in v15 work in v16 and 17.. :) )

Can we get v14 module?
Re:
Hi @Steigend,
I did update the module for it to work on v14 too.
You can now find it at https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/14.0/nalios_3cx_full
Regards
can we create lead from call in Odoo using this module ?
Re:
Hi @Steigend,
It is not part of the module. But it's possible to adapt it to your need and send you a custom version.
You can contact me at lop@nalios.be to discuss that, I'll be glad to gather your requirements and modify it so it fits your needs !
Kind regards,
LOP
Regarding the module: 3CX CRM Template full integration
We are interested in buying this app. Could you please share your demo instance with us, so that we can test and purchase this one?
Also, could you explain the things we needed to do setup 3cx?
Re: Regarding the module: 3CX CRM Template full integration
Hi @vicky,
There is no real demo instance, I just created an instance for testing purposes and to do the video that is linked in the description. Also my instance only allows incoming calls (but I know from other sources that it works the same with outgoing calls).
About setup in 3CX, there are 3 important things:
- Adding the CRM Template in the admin dashboard->settings->CRM and allowing actions you want (call journaling/chat journaling)
- Ticking the "Match exactly" setting in Advanced->Contact->Options to make sure Odoo receives the full number when searching for it (create if not found)
- Inside the WebClient, in the Settings->Integration choosing the option "Open Contact URL using Server Side CRM Integration"
If you need any further information, don't hesitate contacting me at lop@nalios.be !
Regards
Seems like this is what we need
We are looking to integrate our 3CX cloud server account with Odoo Community version to make and receive calls. Just like to make sure this is what this app does. If yes then do you offer service to integrate it with our 3CX server?
Re: Seems like this is what we need
Hi Sam,
I just updated the page with a video showing the full integration.
As long as you have access to the admin section and can add a CRM Template Integration, it should be ok (contact matching/creation , call logs, chat logs).
I suppose your Odoo is on a server, then when installing the module you'll need to restart once the service so the module is seen and python reloaded.
If I can be of any help or if you want a call with me, do not hesitate contacting me directly at lop@nalios.be.
Regards
sample code
search by "3cx-odoo connector" on github. you can find high quality free addons. with 3cx XML templates.
really ?
266 line and 15 line xml file is 299 usd ? dont buy this. github has a lot of sample.
Re: really ?
Hi,
I'm answering here both your messages:
- I think code quality is better than code quantity. I did a clean and stable code for this integration, now reviewed by Odoo itself to be fully compliant with their guidelines.
- You can for sure find a lot of community modules for any need you have in Odoo (or about any software in general). Now you are by yourself when using them and don't have an unlimited support as you have here :) So I understand your opinion, but not everyone likes taking codes on github !
