Print timesheets on invoices
This module is designed to enhance invoice clarity, especially for businesses that bill clients based on hourly work or project-based tasks. It improves the invoicing process by providing a detailed, itemized view of the work performed, helping to build trust and transparency with clients.
Key Features
Timesheet Groups
For each invoice line that has associated timesheets, a dedicated group is created to display relevant timesheet entries. The template dynamically filters and displays timesheet entries that match the specific product in the invoice line, ensuring accurate and relevant information is shown.
Timesheet Details
If available, the following details are shown for each timesheet entry: Date, Employee, Duration and uom (e.g. hours), Contact person, related Task & Description of the task or activity. The timesheet details are neatly structured with proper styling and spacing to ensure readability. The use of flexible layouts avoids page breaks within timesheet entries.
Overview
This module enhances the default invoice template in Odoo by adding a detailed breakdown of timesheet entries associated with each invoice line. The timesheet data is displayed only when relevant entries exist, linked to the corresponding invoice lines. This feature provides businesses and their customers with a clear and transparent breakdown of work hours, tasks, employees, and time durations.
Functionality
Optional timesheet rendering on invoice:
On account moves (invoices), you can use the checkbox 'Timesheet in invoice' in the 'Other info' tab. This defines whether timesheets will be included in the report to be rendered.
When creating an invoice, the checkbox 'Timesheet in invoice' will be pre-filled based on either the company’s default setting or the configuration on the partner’s form. If the partner's setting is explicitly set to 'Add timesheets on invoices' or 'Do not add timesheets on invoices', this will override the company default.

Odoo V16.0 Enterprise Edition (limited when enterprise helpdesk in installed, see ATTENTION note)
Attention: If you use this module in enterprise edition, it will not cover module specific parameters from helpdesk ticket timesheets. If you want to track Ticket Reference Display as well, you need to install 'nsei_timesheet_on_invoice_enterprise_helpdesk', which must be purchased in addition.
