Customer/Vendor Ratings
This module allows users to evaluate and rate partners (customers, vendors, or contacts) based on customizable criteria. Organizations can define their own rating categories to suit their evaluation needs and assess partner performance accordingly.

Define rating criteria as per your organization's requirements
Gain insights into partner behavior through performance ratings
Navigate to: Rating -> Customer Ratings -> Rating Name, then define the category names under which you want to evaluate the partner.
Rating components
Navigate to a partner record, select a rating, and fill in the individual components. You can now view both the component wise ratings and the overall average rating in the Customer Rating field.
When a partner is selected as a vendor, their average rating will automatically be displayed.
When a customer is selected in the Sale Order, their average rating will be automatically displayed.
