Create products for event

On the Sale Order form, a new "Sale Order Type" option allows you to distinguish between a standard sale and a full-scale event or project

Fill in the Event Start/End Dates, Location Type, and Venue Address. On the order lines, simply check the "Subcontracted" box for any service that will be outsourced to a vendor.

Upon confirming the Sale Order, a Project and task is automatically created

Task is also created for each sale order line. The task name is prefixed with the customer's name, and it is automatically placed in the correct stage ("To Do" for subcontracted tasks, "In Progress" for internal tasks)

Click the "Create Purchase Order" button directly from the task. A new PO is generated, pre-filled with the vendor, product, cost, and all relevant event details from the original Sale Order.
