Access Right
- Users who have access rights will get purchase request menu

There are 4 access rights in the purchase request menu, such as
- PR All Docs: View
- This access is used to view all purchase request documents created by all users
- PR All Docs: View and Edit
- This access is used to create, edit purchase request document and view all purchase request documents created by all users
- PR Own Docs: View and Edit
- This access used to create, edit purchase request document and view purchase request documents created by own
- PR Confirmation
- This access used to confirm purchase request document
- PR All Docs: View
Access Right

Create Purchase Request
- Users can create purchase request documents to submit purchases of goods
- Purchase requests are divided into 3 statuses, such as:
- Draft
- Purchase Request
- Cancelled
- Purchase request have 2 order status, such as:
- Open
- Close
Form Purchase Request

Add Purchase Request on Puchase Order
- User can add purchase request di Purchase order form
- Only purchase requests that have an order status "open" appear on the list
