Employee Self-Service Hub
HR App centralizes every employee request in one responsive interface. The module extends Odoo HR to cover day-to-day operations, gives managers instant approvals, and exposes a clean REST API used by our Android companion application.
End-to-End Request Coverage
- Employee profile extensions: locations, departments, contracts and attendance KPIs.
- Asset lifecycle: issue, return, loss requests with tracking per employee.
- Letter and document requests (employment, salary, bank, embassy, custom templates).
- Exit-Reentry visas with multi-step approvals and document attachments.
- Loan, overtime and resignation workflows including chatter + mail notifications.
Each model is based on standard Odoo records, so reporting, access rights and automation keep working seamlessly.
Asset Request Managements
Employees can request assets, track their status, and manage asset lifecycle including issue, return, and loss requests. All asset requests are tracked per employee with complete audit trails.
Letter & Document Requests
Streamlined letter and document request system supporting employment letters, salary certificates, bank letters, embassy letters, and custom templates. All requests go through proper approval workflows with document generation capabilities.
Loan Request System
Comprehensive loan request management with approval workflows, repayment tracking, and integration with payroll. Employees can submit loan requests, track approval status, and view repayment schedules.
Overtime Request Management
Efficient overtime request system allowing employees to submit overtime requests with date, hours, and justification. Managers can approve or reject requests with full visibility into overtime patterns and costs.
Manager Tools
- Department dashboards with quick stats on open requests and SLA breaches.
- Automated sequences for every request type for consistent numbering.
- Email and activity reminders so approvers never miss a step.
- Fine-grained security via dedicated access rules and record rules per model.
Android Companion App
Field employees can submit, track and approve requests directly from our Android app. It connects to the REST endpoints defined in this module, giving a consistent experience across web and mobile.

Mobile Experience Gallery
Share these static previews on the Odoo Store to highlight how the Android/iOS build mirrors the self-service workflows. Each screen is rendered with the same REST data exposed by this module, so whatever happens in mobile is instantly reflected in Odoo (and vice versa).
Need additional shots (profile, attendance, exit/re-entry, etc.)? They are ready in
static/mobile/—just reference them above to tailor the listing. For publishing,
we can also supply the signed APK/IPA and upload to your store accounts; email
mykhan440@outlook.com to schedule the demo.
