In the FreshBooks settings configuration section you can see the apps and from there you can build your app. Here
From there you can get the Client ID, Client Secret key of the app. And provide Redirect URI after that click 'Go to authentication page' where you got the Authentication code. Don't forgot add access to your app.
Go to the Odoo Settings page.
Here provide FreshBooks app Client ID, Client Secrete key, Redirect URI and Authentication Code. After click 'BUILD CONNECTION'
