Steps to connect Hubspot to Odoo:
After Installation
1. Once the installation is complete, navigate to the HubSpot app within Odoo.
Dashboard
2. After opening the HubSpot app, you will see this screen. From here, you can select the data you want to import and then click on Sync Data.
Engagements' Logs
2. This screen displays the number of records imported or exported, along with the complete sync history.
Hubspot Credentials
3. To obtain an API key, go to Settings → Legacy App.
4. Create a Legacy App for your private account.
5. Copy the Access token.
Connection
6. Paste the access token here, click Test Connection, and you're all set.

You can migrate Customers, Companies, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities/Deals, Activities, Notes and basic communication history from Odoo to HubSpot.

Do I need technical knowledge to run the migration?
No. The module provides a simple interface where you only need to enter your HubSpot API key and click the migration button.
Can I migrate data multiple times?
Yes. You can run the migration multiple times to sync updated or newly created records.
Does this module support custom fields?
Basic custom fields are supported. For complex custom mappings, manual configuration may be required.
Will this affect my existing data in HubSpot?
No existing HubSpot data will be deleted. The module only creates or updates records during migration.
