Odoo Magento 2 Connector

In the Market, Multiple users are using Magento and Odoo(ERP) Platform. The combination of Odoo and Magento will provide easy transfer of data for users who want to take advantage of the website as well as a strong ERP solution. Magento Odoo integration is a necessity because the manual entry of data between the two platforms is simply not possible after a certain level. Our Odoo-Magento 2 connector app automates processes and eliminates the need for manual data entry in Odoo by enabling bi-directional data exchange between your Magento 2 and Odoo.

Install the App

1. On odoo admin panel, Navigate to Setting > Activate the developer mode and then go to App and Click on update app list
2. Search Odoo Magento Connector app
3. Open Odoo Magento Connector app and Install it.
4. App Successfully Installed
5. You can check the app features in “Information” tab of app
6. Check Installed features under “Installed Features” tab
7. Go to configuration tab on Odoo Magento Dashboard
8. Create a new instance to connect to magento
9. Enter Magento instance URL, Username, Password and required information and save it
10. Click on "Authentication" button.
11. A pop-up with successful message will be displayed, and you are connected to Magento
Authorization for performing any operation:- The customer who is accessing the operations like import and export of customers, products, orders, invoices,etc should be able to authorise himself / herself by entering username and password.
Dynamic dashboard with real data for magento records:- A dynamic dashboard will be displayed with the number of counts of importing and exporting of the records from magento to odoo and vice-versa and also clicking on the count can open a listview with filtered magento records.
Import customers from magento to odoo:- Users can import all the customers from magento to odoo with customer details and addresses(including shipping and billing address).
Export Customers from odoo to magento:- Users can export odoo customers to magento with an option of selecting customers which he/she needs to export to magento from odoo.
Update information of customers from magento to odoo and vice-versa:- update customer information if there are any changes in existing customer’s information.
Import simple products from magento to odoo:- Customers can import simple products from magento to odoo with all required information like name, sku, categories, etc.
Export simple products from odoo to magento:- Exporting simple products from odoo to magento where users can select the product which needs to be exported.
Import Configurable product from magento to odoo:- Users can import configurable products from magento to odoo.
Update information of simple products from magento to odoo and vice-versa:- update the information of the product if there are any changes in the existing product.
Import product attributes from magento to odoo:- Users can import product attributes and get the information of attributes and its values in simple products.
Export product attributes from odoo to magento :- Users can export product attributes from magento to odoo with all relevant attributes information.
Import product categories from magento to odoo:- Users can import product categories from magento to odoo which can be further used in simple products and configurable products.
Export product categories from odoo to magento :- Users can export product categories from odoo to magento.
Import tax rates from magento to odoo:- Importing tax rates from magento to odoo with percentage of tax applied as per region.
Import simple and configurable product images from magento to odoo:- Users can also get all the images of simple and configurable products from magento to odoo.
Import pricelists from magento to odoo:- Customers can also import price lists from magento to odoo where prices of the products can be defined as per customer groups and pricelists.
Import orders from magento to odoo:- Customers can import orders from magento to odoo with order status and product information with taxes applied to particular products.
Export orders from odoo to magento :- Customers can export orders from odoo to magento with order status and product information including taxes applied related to the order.
Import shipment from magento to odoo:- Customers can import shipment of the relevant orders, if any, from magento to odoo.
Export shipment from odoo to order :- Customers can automatically export shipment, if any, from odoo to magento when customer clicks on export order button.
Import invoices from magento to odoo:- Customers can fetch or import order invoices from magento to odoo if there are any invoices related to orders.
Export invoices from magento to odoo :- Customers can export invoices automatically when he/she clicks on the export order button.
Update order status from magento to odoo:- Order status can be updated from magento to odoo if order status is changed.
Maintaining logs:- Logs for import, export and update for customers, products, orders and invoices are maintained for success and failure. If any record failed to import, export and update, logs are properly maintained with failure reasons.
Scheduler actions:- Import and export operations for customers, products, orders, invoices and shipment can be done with scheduler actions which will be run at a specific time period.
Manages multiple instances:- If customers have multiple instances of magento, we have the option to maintain records of multiple instances.
