Overview
"Multiple SO linked to PO" is developed to simplify the linking process of multiple Sales orders to one Purchase order. Instead of creating POs for each Sales order. Now you can create a single PO generated for the same product as Sale order and link them to the one PO.

How it works

Activate 'Multiple SO linked to PO' module in Odoo Apps |

Open the 'Sales' module and create a new Sale order. |

Fill in all the necessary fields and click on the 'Confirm' button. |

Pay attention! Sale orders can be linked to the Purchase order only in the 'Sales Order' status. |

Click on the 'Purchase' module and create a new Purchase order. |
||

Fill in all the necessary fields, link the SO you need and click on the 'Confirm order' button |

In the 'Sales Order' dropdown field, you can link the appropriate Sales order to the Purchase order. You are able to link as many SOs as you need. |

Pay attention! The products in the Purchase order and in the Sales order are the same. You can link them according to the Product. |

Save all your changes. |

If you cancel the Sales order, it will be deleted from the Purchase order in case it is linked previously. All changes in the Purchase order can be observed in chatter |
