How to Use:
Configure credentials
Admin enters Azure AD credentials in Settings and clicks Validate & Fetch Workspaces.
Dependency check
Admin clicks Check Power BI Dependencies, a toast notification indicates success or missing packages.
Sync workspaces
After validation, the app lists Power BI Workspaces (only those the app has access to). Admin clicks Sync Reports on a workspace to import its reports.
Sync reports
From the workspace, click Sync Reports to fetch metadata and embedUrl for all reports. The server stores each report under the workspace.
Browse gallery
Open a Workspace to view a thumbnail gallery of its Reports. Thumbnails are lightweight iframe containers for quick previews.
Modal preview
Clicking a thumbnail opens the live report in a modal. Tokens are retrieved server-side and used for rendering; tokens auto-refresh before expiry.
