- Sending status is visible in treeview and invoice form.
Support
- Tested on Odoo v16 community
- The invoices are sent by email according to the quotas of your email provider
- Caution: This is a simple sending by email, without acknowledgment of receipt
- Feel free to contact us for support or if you need a custom app dev !
Retrieving email addresses from cloud demat
- In Cloud Demat settings, retrieve useful email addresses
- Also add Odoo email address in Cloud Demat whitelist

- In the journal configuration, specify the listening email addresses for invoices and refunds
- The email address can be the same for invoices and refunds
- The configuration must be done separately in all journals that contain documents to be sent to the accountant

Treeview features
- In the treeview, select the invoices you want to send
- Then click on "Actions" > "Send to accountant"
- A column dedicated to the status allows you to see if the invoice is sent or not

- If it's already sent, you can see the status with the "Already sent to accountant" button
