    Does the dashboard update in real time?

    The dashboard auto-refreshes every 60 seconds. Click Refresh to trigger an immediate reload and background sync from Meta. Analytics are also synced automatically every 30 minutes via scheduled job.

    Can I upload multiple images at once?

    Yes. The Media Composer supports selecting multiple files, drag-and-drop upload, thumbnail previews, and drag-and-drop reorder. Ideal for Facebook multi-photo posts and Instagram carousels (2–10 images).

    Can I publish Instagram Reels and Stories?

    Yes. Set Instagram Content Type to Post (feed/carousel), Reel (video only), or Story (single image or video, 24-hour visibility) when creating an article or post.

    What is the Media Library?

    The Media Library stores reusable images and videos. Uploads from the composer are auto-registered. Use Browse Library in the composer to reuse existing media without uploading again.

    What user roles are available?

    Two groups under Settings → Users → Social Marketing: User (create and view own articles, posts, and analytics) and Admin (full access to all team content, pages, accounts, and configuration).

    Why does my dashboard show "Showing your content only"?

    You are logged in as a Social Marketing User. You see analytics for posts and articles you created. Admins see company-wide data. Assign the Admin group for full dashboard visibility.

    How many images can I add to an Instagram carousel?

    Instagram carousels support 2 to 10 images (JPEG/PNG only). Facebook multi-photo posts also support ordered multiple images.
