Odoo Zoho CRM Connector
In Market, Multiple users are using Zoho CRM and Odoo(ERP) Platform. The combination of Odoo and Zoho CRM will provide easy transfer of data between cloud based CRM and strong ERP solution. Odoo Zoho CRM integration is useful to sync customers, company and leads information at both platforms and the manual entry of data between the two platforms is simply not possible after a certain level. Our Odoo-Zoho CRM connector app automates processes and eliminates the need for manual data entry in Odoo by enabling bi-directional data exchange between your Zoho CRM and Odoo.
Authentication
for accessing data between Zoho CRM and Odoo:- The customer who is
accessing the operations like import and export of accounts/companies, customers and
leads
should be able to authorise himself / herself by entering required details.
Dynamic
dashboard in Odoo:- A dynamic dashboard will be displayed which
shows
the number of records imported and exported from Zoho CRM to odoo and vice-versa.
Import
customers from Zoho CRM to odoo:- Users can import all the
customers
from Zoho CRM to odoo with customer details.
Export
Customers from odoo to Zoho CRM:- Users can export odoo customers
to
Zoho CRM with proper field mapping.
Update
information of customers from Zoho CRM to odoo and vice-versa:-
update customer information if there are any changes in existing customer’s
information.
Import
Company/Accounts from Zoho CRM to odoo:- Users can import
Company/Accounts from Zoho CRM to odoo with required information.
Export
Company/Accounts from odoo to Zoho CRM:- Exporting
Company/Accounts
from odoo to Zoho CRM where users can select the Company/Accounts which needs to be
exported.
Update
information of Company/Accounts from Zoho CRM to odoo and
vice-versa:- update company/accounts information if there are any
changes in existing information.
Import Leads
from Zoho CRM to odoo:- Users can import leads and get the

information from Zoho CRM
Export Leads
from odoo to Zoho CRM :- Users can export Leads from Zoho CRM to

with where users can select the lead which needs to be exported.
Update

logs:- Track the logs for import,export and update for all data

status as success or failure.

actions:- Automated Data fetching by Cron Jobs Action.
Manages
multiple instances:- If Users have multiple instances of Zoho CRM,
we
have an option to maintain records of multiple instances.
Install the App
1. On odoo admin panel,
Navigate to
Setting
> Activate the developer mode and then go to App and Click on update app list
2. Search Odoo Zoho CRM
Connector app
3. Open Odoo Zoho CRM
Connector app and
Install it.
4. App Successfully
Installed
4. Go to configuration tab
on Odoo Zoho
CRM
Dashboard
5. Create a new instance to
connect to
Zoho
CRM
6. Enter Zoho CRM instance
Name, Client
ID,
Client Secret, Redirect URL, Company and Description and save it
7. After Saving, Click on
the "Get Auth
URL" button
8. You will get url in URL
field. Click
on
it.
9. By clicking on url, it
will open a
new
tab where you have to click on accept button to access zoho crm data.
10. Now you will redirected
to redirect
URL
you have provided. Here you will get a code in the browser url.
11. Copy the code and paste
in the code
field in instance details.
12. Now, Click on the "Get
Refresh
Token"
button
13. After That, You will
get a refresh
token and then Click on "Authentication" button.
14. A pop-up with
successful message
will
be displayed, and you are connected to Zoho CRM
15. You can check the app
features in
“Information” tab of app
16. Check Installed
features under
“Installed Features” tab
Note: You will get client
id and client
secret on https://api-console.zoho.com
