Installation & Setup

1. Install the module: Go to Apps -> Search for "oe_customer_statement_portal" -> Click Install
2. Configure permissions: Assign "Customer Statement Activity" and "Customer Statement Outstanding" groups to the appropriate users
3. Initial configuration: Open Accounting -> Configuration -> Settings to define default aging buckets and statement templates

Basic Usage

1. Launching statements: Select customers -> Action -> Activity or Outstanding Statement -> Adjust date range and filters
2. Managing data: Choose whether to exclude zero balances, negative balances, or partners with no due items
3. Using key features: Send PDFs via email, share portal links, or queue an AI analysis directly from the wizard
4. Generating reports: Print branded PDFs or schedule automated deliveries using server actions
